Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

uncooked sausage links
Slice peppers lengthwise down one side to open. Remove the seeds and membranes.
Cut 1-inch slices from the sausages. Each piece will then be cut in quarters lengthwise.
Cut uncooked bacon strips in half.
Stuff each pepper with cream cheese and a piece of the sausage. Wrap with bacon. Insert toothpick. Place a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes, until the bacon is done.
Spicy, but not too hot because the seeds and membranes are removed.
