2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 1/2 cups long grained rice, uncooked
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
4 cups water
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. fresh thyme
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 3 minutes, stirring to combine.
